We are passionate about supporting our community. We want to drive the value and potential of the youth and young professionals, especially young South Africans / Africans.
During 2024 / 2025, we are focusing our youth outreach efforts around three areas:
- Providing a significant number of internships for young South Africans / Africans in our offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Mumbai, Singapore and South Africa
- Providing a quarterly career management and development ‘bootcamp’ for young professionals from across Africa who are based in China
- SA-to-China scholarships for deserving students
In all cases, our selection process is stringent and merit-based.
