Event description:
Australian mining projects in Africa span a broad range of resources with over 670 Australian ASX-listed companies investing more than AUD 40 billion in mining on the continent.
The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) is the Australian Government’s international trade promotion and investment attraction agency. To strengthen business relations between the two countries, Austrade is hosting its second ‘Australian Mining in Africa Program’ in Cape Town from 6-9 February.
Axis Group International will open the ‘METS (Mining Equipment, Technology and Services) and Distributors – Speed Pitching’ session, 09:00-10:30 on 9 February, with a 10-minute address on opportunities and challenges in supplying African mining.
